As part of our goal to provide products that serve a larger number of tenants, including apartments, villas, floors, shops, offices, buildings, and complexes, we have formed a financial portfolio through our company's founders. One of our objectives is to target properties that provide moral and material benefits to all parties, achieved through full leasing of the property for subleasing purposes, either partially or entirely, with contracts through our rental platform that preserve the rights of all parties. This process involves several stages, including:
Selection stage:
The owner submits data about the property they wish to lease to us or through our specialized team.
Initial review of the owner's details, the property, units, and status.
Field visit and inspection of the property.
Study of the investment offer and the time period.
Presentation of technical, operational, and financial offers.
Contract stage:
Full input of owner and property unit data into the rental platform.
Issuance of the contract to the parties.
Transfer of the first payment to the owner's/agent's account.
Issuance of a user account for the owner in our internal company program for all property operations.
Clarification of direct communication methods, whether for the investment department, property management, or senior management.
Project management and operation stage:
At this stage, the property is handed over by our investment team to the Property Management and Projects Supervision department. This department is responsible for managing the property and overseeing quality management. (You can find more information about our property management services below).
